[Resolved] Infibeam — Item Not Received or Refund | |||
Dear Sir, I place an order on 30 August 2014 and My Order ID:[protected]Sub Order[protected]. I did not received the item up to now or refund. I request to Infibeam please refund my money. Now more than 2 months(60 DAYS). They are not giving any proper reply or responds. I have contacted the customer care service and mailed to them many times, they never get product delivered and there is always one response that we are investigating, give us some time. Bijupunneli, this seem like a one time aberration from Infibeam's end. I have purchased more then 100 products from their end and they have always been delivered within time and in excellent packaging. would suggest you try their services once again. they should mostly not disappoint you again.
