I have placed an order on[protected] and cancelled it. When asked for a refund from the merchant they said they have initiated the refund and it would take 21 working days for the reflection of the amount in the account. After 21 days when I contacted them they said they have initiated the refund and it is pending with the bank but when I made a query with bank they said they haven't received any request for refund. Again when i contacted the merchant they said they have done it from their end and they said to cancel the authorization code 759103 with the bank to be cancelled for a refund.When again contacted the bank regarding the authorization code they said they have no access to cancel the authorization code.
