Infibeam — No delivery just holding money

Ref: sub-order id 25652810. I ordered tablet on 19th June making full payment. It was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days. However, even after 5 days (as of today 24th June) shipment processing has not been done. When contacted there is no responsibility shown by the company for the lapse on their side. When I went for cancellation, they say I have to wait for 2 days for cancellation of order and 5-7 days for refund. With instant payment facility available across all banks not sure what kind of system they work with. In the hope of providing timely service we pay for the order and wait. But holding the money for 10 days without providing any service is clearly not acceptable. When advertising a timeline - Arent they liable to properly process the order on time.
