[Resolved] Infibeam — no information with my product

I had oredered an rbi xam guide on 16th july from infabeam.till now i havnt recieved any infomtion with my product.nxt week i'm having my xam.i need a solution for this.customer care number given by them is not reachable and even no replies for mail.such a irresponsible site.They haven't send the shipping details or any other product information.I need my product ASAP.I need to get prepared for my xam.please find a solution.

Updated by shamnuzz 20979569 is my product id.till now infabeam havent shiped it yet.I had ordedr it on[protected].their estimated date for deliver was[protected].till now no information even about shiping.iwant to get prepared for my xam which is by nxt weeek.infabeam spoiled my dream

Updated by shamnuzz my complaint seems to be resolved here.but not yet unfabeam has reaolved it. they was actually cheating me by showing the product is available, that's why i had ordered but now they says its unavilable.Infabeam haven't refund my amount till now.I need to get back my amount ASAP.please find a solution.I trust consumer complaint.

Updated by shamnuzz Its been nearly 1 mnth i had orederd my product of id:20979569.Till now ihavent recivd my product or my refund from the site infabeam. They had sent me the cancelation mail but not yet refunded my amount.Actualy what s d righf of a consumer?dont they hav any value?how cum we can trust such online shipe site.its my frst experience im geting cheated.Now what should i do? Infabeam shows me the product is avalibale and with that trust i orderd my product.Now i had lost my time, my money, and my trust.Any way i need my amount bak with immediate effect
