Infibeam — No refund received | |||
Complaint is again infibeam.com Name- Imran khan Order no:[protected]. Am a very dissatisfied customer reason. 1- I ordered the product and did not receive the product. 2- when I called customer service agents were very rude. 3- when I asked for refund no refund received more than 10 days have passed. 4- when I called for refund again false commitment's and the agent shonali was so stubborn that even after asking for supervisor n number of time did not transfered the call. 5- you are waiting for the product to comeback to you which will never happen because your courier partner has either lost the product or the product is robbed. 6- so why should I suffer if I have not received the product my patient has reached the saturation level if I won't get any refund I will have to go to consumer forum and would also drag infeam in the court.
