Infibeam — No response from company about my returned faulty product for over 10 days now | |||||
RMA ID: 39206 I had received a faulty product (a book) for Infibeam which I returned after they accepted. After they received the return, they asked me if wanted the money to be refunded or a new copy of the book to be sent to me. I opted for the book again. This happened on April 26th since when I've not been receiving any communication from their side ever after four follow up mails. I don't have much idea about what I should do now as they haven't been responding to my mails. Was this information helpful? | |||||
