[Resolved]  Infibeam — Non delivery of flowers on selected date

I purchased a bouquet of flowers from their site and requested it to deliver on my mom's birthday which was a weekday and not a national holiday were not delivered. I made 2 phone calls on the day but they kept saying that they can deliver it anytime upto 9 pm but they were not delivered. After sending repeated emails to their customer care, this is the response I receive: With regards to your concern about compensation due to delay in delivery of order 12695805. We agree that your here mentioned order was delayed, however, we are sorry but we cannot provide any compensation for the same.
