Infibeam — Non delivery of Sony Home Theater

Sony Home Theater booked for my son's birthday. Order was to be shipped by April 15. Till date (20 April) neither it was shipped nor there is any confirmed date for shipment given by customer care. Customer care is also not cancelling the order. Full amount paid in advance by credit card. Order number 15386164.
