Infibeam — Non receipt of product & not taking request of order cancellation to process refund | |||||
This is jeeten thakkar, I had booked an iphone 5s on 19/05/2016 by making immediate payment online. Order no. 18635423 The product was supposed to be delivered by 24/5/16 but till date i have not received the product. The product had reached gati bhiwandi godown (Docket no.[protected] on 24/5/16 8:53am and after that it is not traceable by them. As per gati, this info has been shared with infibeam by 29/5/2016 but infibeam is still negating that they don't have any info, nor are they trying to get status from gati from there side. These are only the tactics to avoid refund process. I would like to take legal action action this fraud and also for the mental harassment which i am made to go by infibeam.
