Infibeam — Order 13861341 Delayed - no assurance that i would receive it | |||
Hi, I have ordered a Mac mini on Nov 4th as i could see that it was available on Infibeam official site. So i placed the order and order was confirmed. Tracking shows that shipment had to be done by 8th Nov. It is 11th Nov now and after calling multiple times i get an update that i need to wait for 1 more week minimum and i MIGHT get the product. (No assurance that i would get it). ONCE THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE AND ORDER IS PLACED, I ASSUME YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKECARE OF AVAILABILITY FROM VENDORS. IF YOU DIDN'T, ITS YOUR MISTAKE. first things first, INFIBEAM cannot give a false message that Product is available when they don't have it (Website said it is available and hence i could place the order). They took 57K from me and what about the Interest to that money? Also, if you hadn't given a false message that they have it with them, i stopped looking for alternatives to buy that product. Now i am sure i would not get it anywhere as Apple stopped production of that product and very few pcs were on sale. So, INFIBEAM has not only taken my money, but made me loose my opportunity to buy that product somewhere else. Could we do something about this. I need the product as soon as possible. If they dont have it and want to return my money back, i dont buy it. They need to pay more for their mistakes. Please let me know how to go about it.
