On 11th oct 2016 this order was placed around 1:30am and shipment was supposed to happen by 15th oct 2016. After multiple calls and follow ups since order was not shipped until 17th oct 2016, i was informed that order cannot be processed. After making payments and given confirmation and one week of hope, i missed on getting product plus i missed on getting product from the retail stores as money was already paid to infibeam. Customer representatives were more keen on cancelling this order and helping me in getting this issue resolved. Worst experience ever!!! Waste of time, money and now i doubt will be getting this kit in retail store as well. : ( Was this information helpful? | |||||
