I have been following up on the above order ID from last two months but there is no feedback. Below is the latest communication i had with Infibeam on March 18. Hi Parminder, I want to take you back on my initial complaint several months ago (please refer to your system for exact date). I was asked by the brand to contact the seller given the product is default/dead. Post which I got the feedback from Infibeam that you need to get a letter from the brand that product is default. I had chased with the brand for several weeks to come again and provide me with that letter. Now that the letter is received I thought the process is complete. You are going back to square one by asking me to go back to the brand. Please check with the brand for complaint lodged under mobile number: [protected] and you will get the entire details.
