[Resolved]  Infibeam — Overcharged for Product from Printed MRP

I have ordered Dell mouse (Dell MS111 USB 3-Button Optical USB 2.0 Mouse (Black)) along with other items on 23rd July. I have paid 313 rupees for this mouse. I received this product on 28th July. when I saw the mouse box and printed MRP on it, I shocked and felt cheated. MRP was too low than what I have paid. Today, I have talked with your customer service representative about this issue. They have checked the current price of this mouse and started giving me explanation that - As current price of mouse (that is now showing on website) is 299 rupees and price mentioned on box is 299. Now it's irreverent for me to know what is current price. What is important for me is- What I have paid for an item which have less MRP than I paid. Below are few details:- Order number[protected] Sub- Order number[protected]As there were multiple products) As everyone knows, a Product can't be sold at more than MRP printed on it. So now my simple question is - Why I am being cheated by Infibeam by such wrong practice of selling a product more than MRP. On 29th July, I got a mail from Infibeam- 'In regards to the order, we have already raised a complaint to the concerned department.In regards to the complain, please note that we will need the images of the product you have received, the outer package, and the inner package in order to process complaint." I have provided them product and product box image through mail. I have provided clearly visible images of product box from 3 sides. It almost 3 days has passed and I haven't heard anything from Infibeam. It's just one customer issue and they couldn't update me even after passed 3 days.
