I booked a Toshiba LED TV on 16th June 2014(order id[protected], as promised in website (fake promises) it was not shipped in 5-6days, in fact it was shipped after 10 days after many calls from my side to Infibeam. And I received the product from Gatikwe courier on 30th June 2014. Its terrible I received damaged product. I immediately called to Infibeam customercare and informed about the damage, they asked me send the pictures. They asked 72 hours to revert, but not actually revert me even after one week. I raised a complaint with Gatikwe courier also[protected] on 4th July, since I Infibeam suggested to co-ordinate with Gatikwe. And the same given to Infibeam to follow up Gatikwe further. After 4 days of my complaint, almost everyday I called Infibeam & Gatikwe the only answer from both is 'they are working on it, they need some time'. After 20 days Infibeam asked to register product with Toshiba, I did that Toshiba engineer confirmed to Infibeam about the damage. Finally on 23rd July Infibeam people told me that I don't need to call anyone, we are taking the TV return. I return the TV and received by Infibeam on 29th July, and they will do quality check for the TV. Till now I don't have any update from Infibeam, even they are not replying to my emails as well.
A final word is, why customer should suffer because of damage in Transit. Why did you asked to raise complaint with Gatikwe courier and Toshiba? Yes even I did that. Who is going to pay my loss office hours and mobile expenses?
The worst experience I ever faced from Infibeam, I don't refer any one to buy products from Infibeam.
