[Resolved]  Infibeam — pen drive will not be worked(read or write)

Please sir, am RAKESH i will buy a sony 16gb microvault compact metal, black pendrive in 22 oct. My order id is[protected]. But this time the pendrive will not be worked(read or write problem), but i will got to the nearest service center (HAPPY SERVICE CENTER, NEAR ID MARKET, NYAPALI BHUBANESWAR) but they told INFIBEM not uthenticatd for it .please help give solution and solve my problem.
