[Resolved] Infibeam — Poor customer care services | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased a phone model no. Maxx MX100 Power House (Black) from your website.my order ID is (ID:[protected].I have received the phone.but after two days the phone is not working properly.the display shows blank an (error), even the sound of the instrument is not clear.I had make a call to your customer care on 27/10/2014, the call itself take a lots of time to reach the Infibeam person, and when i get connected to your customer care executive, he says the server is not working so please make a call after some time. Next day again i used to make a call to your customer care but i am enable to connect to your customer care executive.next day on 29/10/2014 again i make a call to your customer care and again your executive says the server is not working so kindly make a call after some time or tomorrow.
