[Resolved] Infibeam — Product Delivery Pending | |||
I had ordered one of the product from Infibeam at 16th Oct-14. Till date I don't received the product. When I call to customer care first the call itself take a lots of time to reach the Infibeam person. Then last two week they register the complain but still issue as it is now. When today I called the customer care than he repeat the same story again and again. Then I have decide to cancel the order, then he told me again when product was came at their place than after they proceed to repayment. This is very pathetic. Really I am very disappoint with Infibeam. Almost 25 days over for such time my money is stuck and I don't know further how many days they can take for the refund. :( Was this information helpful? | |||
