[Resolved] Infibeam — Product not delivered after making payment and even complained with their website

I have ordered one mobile phone with Infibeam website on 11th March and it got shipped from warehouse on 14th March. But till now I haven't received the product yet and while tracking the status it was showing the product got reached my place 8 days before but till now it got delivered yet.
I have repeatedly complain about this issue while calling their customer care and email but so far no response from their end.
It was very good learning for me not to believe such new e commerce site by putting ad in reputed newspaper, online ad and no body cares after the purchase.
I have attached the pdf which shows the status of my product but it was not delivered yet.
Please help where can I follow up further on this complain.

After raising this complaint, Infibeam team contacted and they were told there was lot of deliveries hence they were unable to deliver it on time. They have delivered my product on last Saturday. Thank you for your follow up and help regarding this.
