I have ordered an AC at infibeam.com. the product is not yet delivered to me, inspire of frequent reminders - both to the courier company and infibeam. It's been more than three weeks, I ordered the product . it's more than ten days of the expected delivery date they had promised. I have not received the order till date. Gati is the courier company. It is not yet delivered to me. They have closed the above order stating the product has been lost while transit.
They had placed the second order for the same product. I am sure that even that will not reach me. I have cancelled the order.
Now the new issue is, I have not received the cancellation confirmation from them . the cancellation was done by me nearly 6 days ago
