Infibeam — Refund for debit card payment is delayed beyond three months | |||||
I placed an order for volta ac order id17708907 and paid by debit card an amount of 23214/- on 15 jan 16. On 01 feb 16 my order was cancelled by infibeam as the order could not be fulfilled by their supplier and they wanted me to purchase another ac with different specifications and cost. I refused the offer and then was told that i would receive the refund in seven working days. I have not received the refund till date.( more than 60 days). On contacting customer care i was told that the authorisation was not captured by infibeam and that the amount would automatically revert in my account. That has not happened. On contacting the again iwas told to check with bank. I checked with the bank and they confirmed the amount is debited from my account. I again contact infibeam they said check with card company. The card company too has confirmed the amount is credited to the merchant. I told the same to infibeam they said that get a letter from bank. Its been 15 days since i mailed the banks letter to them. But there is no response. I am tired now and require my money at the earliest. My money paid by debit card is debited from my account and is with you . Please refund it at the earliest.
