ON 29.10.2014 I RECEIVED THE PARCEL AND I FOUND IT IS NOT WORKING AND IT IS TOO BIG IN SIZE LIKE HAND PHONE. 11 TIMES I TRIED IN TOLL FREE NO BUT I WAITED FOR QUE FOR 20 MINUTES BUT NO RESPONSE AND THERE IS NO REPLY FOR MAIL TOO.

Most online shopping portals would not take phone back if it does not have a defect and seal of parcel has been opened. If, it is not working suggest that you contact service center of the brand and get dead on arrival certificate for not working phone. infibeam may then be ready to replace phone for you.
