Sir/Madam, I have brought mobile from infibeam @14399/- on 11.10.14 but yet not shipped Order No. 13713081 Dated 11 Oct, 2014 Sub Order[protected] Date Status Oct 11, 2014 6:13:13 PM Your Order Has Been Approved For Processing Oct 11, 2014 6:00:03 PM Your Order Has Been Placed Successfully Delivery Promise: Ships By: Oct 15, 2014 I have contacted the customer care service and mailed to them many times, they never get product delivered and there is always one response that we are investigating, give us some time. On 22.10.2014. they call me and say product not available you will alternate buy to product and after they always say forwarding to cancelation your request no. 146871 but it never update my order status and refund my amount till date. I ordered a led tv from infibeam on 12th of september. they were showing shipment date of 16th of septemeber and delivery max by 25th. they shipped the tv by the 14th of september and they were delivered from delhi to hyderabad by 21st of september. well before the estimated time provided by their system. Would definitely purchase again from infibeam for quick shipment and delivery
