Infibeam — Refund not received yet even after more then two months

I had ordered a cell phone and my order id is 16279157 and i had cancelled the order because of no response for delivery status. So i had cancelled my order and i had received a text from the company on 07/07/2015 that the refund amount will be deposited in my account back in 5-7 working days but it is almost more then two months and i have not received any refund yet. Make my refund as soon as possible or i will have to take some legal action agains this company.
