I ordered book on feb 17 and cancelled it on 20.2.16 because the book was out of stock and till now i didn't get my refund when i try to speak with your customer care they always try to escape from this problem and gave a improper and hoax reasons look 500 is not a huge amount for you but not for everyone and don't blame a bank. I[censored] fail to refund my money you all pay for this completely feed up with your worst service
