[Resolved]  Infibeam — request for cancel the product and refund my money

I ordered a sandisk 16gb ultra pen drive (Usb 3.0) at 30 july and the shipping time show me when i ordered this is within 3rd august but today is 4th august and the order is still not shipped yet, now i want to cancel my order and refund my money. I contact with them 3 times about this matter but no reply from them. Order id # 20288872. Please help me about this matter and refund my money as soon as possible. Infibeam service is worst.

As I say them to cancel my order and refund my money, so they did it and I received the refund money today. There customer service email: [email protected]
