Infibeam — Seller not refunding even after return of item | |||
Hi, I had made a mistake of shopping with Infibeam for a Tab. After the getting the delivery I realised the device features were not what I had expected and decided to return the tab to Infibeam. I called up Infibeam and informed them of the issue and they agreed to return it and asked me to pack the tab and wait for their call as they have arranged for the pick up. After waiting for 2 days I called them up again and this time they said they havent received any call and hence the device cannot be returned. On my insistence they agreed but with a re-stocking charges of 20% to which I agreed. Now, I have been following up with them for almost 15 days over the emails and phones and they are NOT refunding the amount. Vikas Sharma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
