My Order ID # 16901667 on 27th sep'15. website details showed on 28th shipped. and 30th i got tracking number. 3rd i came to know shipment received. 7th oct'15 noticed in their website as MAHIPALPUR - DELHI Delivery exception. after repeated calls to customer care they could not provide any details/ progress. so i cancelled the order.on 7th oct'15. today 20th oct'15 i did not get my payment refunded. when i checked with customercare they already released my payment on 13th oct'15. it will take 5 to 21 days to credit in my account. when i purchase in chinese website refunds will take with in two working days. if i purchase in india will it take 21 days to refund?
