Infibeam — Vox rechargeable pedestal fan - not working

I purchased VOX rechargeable pedestal fan from Infibeam vide order no.13803975 and the product was shipped on 30.11.2014. The product worked fine for few months and within a month rechargeable mechanism was not working. After few weeks the fan itself stopped working.

Kindly advise me the service centre at Mangalore
