[Resolved] Infibeam — Warranty Issue | |||
I would like to let you know that I had bought a JBL T100A In Ear Headphones with mic, black - (P-poel-[protected]) from online site infibeam.com on 20th November 2014 with order id[protected], puchase id[protected] and TIN/VAT No.-[protected]. The product carries one year limited warranty. But using after seven months i.e. from December, 2014 to June, 2015 the product got defected(left side speaker is not working). At first I called JBL customer care but they asked me to contact infibeam for the problem I am facing. So I called infibeam to address my problem but they also are not solving my problem after communicating with them repeatedly times. Was this information helpful? | |||
