[Resolved] Infibeam — When Infibeam turns out to be a pain everytime | |||
I had to depend on irresponsible company to claim my points. Though this is the nth delivery delay, this time it has crossed all its borders. I booked a mobile phone and yesterday was the last promising delivery date. When i track the consignment it is not showing any data in it. When i called Infibeam, they are saying it is still in Delhi. When i expressed by anger, they said the courier number is wrong and they are not able to track. Only the converned department can track. I dont know why they keep the online store running? I dont know if I can go to consumer court? Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
