I have bought Micromax canvas duet II EG111 mobile phone from snapdeal on November 14.Seller--Infinity enterprises, Khasra No 1097 3/3, Gali No-8 Main Firni Road- Village -Kapashera, near Falad Nala, -Delhi. Same was in now under repair .
I went your respective service center which is located in Allahabad on 23 July 2015 for servicing of my phone but they were said that product was duplicate . So i request to you kindly check and confirm whether it duplicate or original .

I have purchased Micromax canvas juice 4g Q461 on 5th November 2016 through Snapdeal via infinity enterprises.my order number was [protected] . Now I have some problems with the product so I require it's invoice. The previous invoice sended to me during delivery is now lost. I have to get the invoice of that product my I can't trace it through my Snapdeal account. Kindly solve the issue and issue me a new invoice of the same.
