Respected sir
I have recieved a call about form filling work from infinity solution on
15 june 2017 and asked a address proof to get work details. After that
They send me an agreement copy on 20 rs non juditial stamp by speed
Post. But i have not signed any cantract with them. Now they are
Asking me 7100 rs and send me also a legal notice and wrote me a
Message that your court notice has...

I have recd a call from infinity solution company for part time job. I called him that i am not interested that work with this company. After that they will send me legal notice...
Dear user,

This is to inform you that, we legal department of infinity has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated from our client end. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an indian contract act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don't make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious for our client infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount of rs. 5100/-. As per an indian penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now, you don't pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double amount and legal notice will be issued to you. Still, you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

Section 45 of coercion act shall be imposed on you, if you try to coerce our client. Our client is sole proprietor and if you don't follow any of our advice then, arbitrary act as per an article 14 shall imposed on you. Court will select an arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay rs. 50000/- for total loss. We want you to cooperate with our client.

Infinity solutions is totaly fraud they asked me to submit aadhar card to get work details after that they already started my work which i didnt tell and telling me to pay 5100 i[censored] dont complete work and after that i google it and found out it a fraud company they are now threatening me by call. That they will issue legal notice and i have to pay 9018 rs for work and penalty please someone help and make this frauds expose to media

Nitesh khawani is tharki in the city of surat.. Cheater fraudster son of a #.. He holds many company like infinity infotech, symetrix, comet, symtronic, spanco, stallion intellectuals.. You guys can see this each and every company name has many complaint everywhere.. If possible then someone plz expose nitesh khwani and his companies in media and newspaper..

Few a day we got a mail on my mail id regarding deta entry work from home base the name of company infinity solution. And call to company executive mr. Dhruv patel and i am asking about work but he saying that u will send me your adhar card we will sending you detail i am sending my adhar card same time i check on google and i found this is total faurd company. Than i concelled to do work. Atfer two i recived a call from this company that you are doing agreement with the company and you want to cancelled than i am saying that i am not doing any agreement which type agreement than saying i do not know how to d your agreement if you are not paid admission fee rs.5100.00 than we will forword your file in legal court. This company is total faurd. So please help me... This company is faurd. Because lot of people victim from this company. Please help i want not transfer any single rupees to this company. But he force me you will pay 5100 after that he provide noc latter. Yet i want not pay any rupees...

I applied a free online job,. And they told me to send my aadhar details,,, lady called me and told the details about this job,, i cannot interested to do this job,,, and she told no pblm sir,, after some day one post received me and i should pay 5000 + amount or else u face a severe problem,,, till today they are torchering me,,,,,,,

This company had contacted me on june for home based part time work. I will satisfied for the opportunity to work with this company. Then i call her and she said that i was called them to terminate the work but i didn't do any work call with. I thought that this is totally fake. Then they emailing me to pay the money but i didn't till day.

The form type was to reducles and unorder and was impossible to submit with in 20 days. But i stop the working due to thier website is to busy and they did not asked me any baking details as they told me that they will call me.

Searching the company it no more exists.
The legal notice has been sent from a fake lawyer.
They are harassing me everyday for the money while they were suppose to pay me.

I got a call from infinity solution for online form filling part time job, a women explained me about the job and they send me the agreement which i haven't signed yet and they provide a username and password and told me that i have to fill 1500 forms from which 1400 should be correct, i have done the work i have filled all the forms but then they send a legal notice that i have to pay 7000rs because my qc is failed.
What should i do should i pay them money or file case against the company.
And his advocate is calling me and forced to pay the amount.

They anyhow registered me for their company and then i started working on the very first day i doubt that they are fraud because their home page has nothing to display more than a single log in page. I stop working on it... They send me a mail from legal dept mentioning that you have breached the agreement and you have to pay 6018 rs
I mail them that i will not pay because i didn't work on it... Now after a long time they are threatening me to pay 7018 rs in case of not paying the amount the will file a court case in surat district court.
They are completely fraud

After they providing the data and when i was facing some of the issue & make it call to the help line no. No budies take the calls.

And now they have daily msg me about the legal action.

In the msg they have mentioned the ph no. [protected] & if you dont want to call us we will forword your court order to nearest police station today so call as soon as possible [protected] but the no. Is not reacheble.

(+91 [protected]) i started my work ans i submitted that work on time within 10 hrs they release my work qc report is fail i ask him sir on website my qc report is showing fail so he told me that ignore it you qc report is release after 2 days today again i check then i called him he said your work is fail now you have to pay 6018 rs back to me, when i said i put compliant against you then he suggest me avoid the consumer complaint and his lawyer suresh patel +91 [protected] pay the money n avoid the trouble...in qc report we are not submitted as single form corrected... Sir we need our money we worked hard and please take action against him. If you want you can also try.

Just called a company name infinity solution situated at surat (Gujrat) which was offering for part time job from home, a woman from that company explained me about that work and provided me user name andpassword for their fraud website to work, without signing any agreement by me. I have visited so many sites for that company complaint i saw the people were saying that it is fraud company.

I got a call from infinity solutions for home based typing job. They told me that i have to fill 1500 forms in 20 days and they are going to pay me 25 rs per form. They send me an agreement through email and then also send me the hard copy of the agreement through speed post. I completed my work on time and most of my work was correct i checked it even twice and then i got an email from legal department that i have breached the clause of agreement and section 17 shall be imposed on me. I dont know why they are saying that qc is fail. They are now demanding an amount of rs. 6100 from me after doing their work. This company is totally fraud, they dont even say a word about the work that i have done. Please take action against them as they have cheated many people.

I received a call on regarding a part time home based form filling work without investment. I asked the caller that what type of work to be done then they sent me an online agreement and my login details. I started doing work for that company. Later they sent agreement hard copy to my home. I worked for some days and checked each form twice which was very tidious. I submitted some filled forms to this company. When i come to know about this fraud company on 24/07/2017 and immediately at 3:35 pm i sent an e-mail to the company regarding not to work in future. After 14 minutes at 3:49 pm they sent me email regarding payment of rs. 6100 including gst @ 18% as my qc report was failed according to them. I decided not to pay any money to them and please beware of these type of fraud companies in future.

M/s infintiy solution, 1st floor flat no.102, krishna comlex panjaba street nanpura, surat gujrat india, sent me a legal notice through advocate nehal a. Mehta (Add-101, garden view apt, opp rang upvan nanpura main raod surat, -1).
In the legal notice, it was mentioned that there was an agreement between the infinity solution and me, ajamat khan, on a 20 rupees stamp paper.. But to my full consciousness, i did agreed or signed any agreement. This is a complete irrelevant subject to my notice. A proper case of mental harassment and torture. The notice also mentioned that i had to pay fine for rs. 6018 plus rs. 1000 for notice charges as legal client.
I am not obliged to any money and condemn this practice of false allegations.
Therefore, i urge you to not to disturb and harass me further by these actions otherwise i will also go by legal procedure against your company.

I got a call from infinity solution for online form filling part time job, a women explained me about the job and they send me the agreement which i haven't signed yet and they provide a username and password and told me that i have to fill 1500 forms from which 1400 should be correct, i have done the work i have filled all the forms but then they send a legal notice that i have to pay 7000rs because my qc is failed.
What should i do should i pay them money or file case against the company.
And his advocate is calling me and forced to pay the amount.
What should i do?

It's a fraud company sendind styling form filling work and give I'd and password butwhen this I'd is open then some times I'd is open and some time not open after some days id is not open its fully fraud also gives the agreement but whatever the. I was working for this company they called me first that they were giving me a job of form filling without any investment so i agreed with this they send me agreement paper on my address and also a soft copy on my mail.
Then i think its ok to do this work so i filled all 1500 forms with in time and submitted them, now they told me my work is fail after submission work.
I checked all form twice there were no mistake in my forms but after submission of work they told me 973 forms were wrong. What should i do.

Infinity solution is really fake the make us do work and i didn't sleep properly for completing work then they showed my QC
is fail how can it be possible as being educated i can't be fail in all 1500 forms apart from this my mom had brain hemorrhage still she is in comma for her further treatment my younger brother took loan for purchasing computer for working for infinity and now he has become hopeless i request don't give my money but please do give it to him

Infinity solution has given me 1500 forms to fill and i asked about the queries that i have atleast 5 time and they told me how to do it and taken my adhar card details n made a contract and sent to my house after 20 days i completed my work on time n submitted then after 2 days the are telling u have done the work that is wrong now u have to pay rs 5100 as registration that gmhas mentioned in contract but as per there instructions i have done exactly the same work even i checked one tym whole thing u can also check my work that is exactly same but they are telling wrong n not picking phone n saying in mail u have to give rs 5100 other wise we will take legal actions on you... Instead of giving me money of work what i have done so hard... Plz can u take actions on them...
