Respected sir, i received called from one telley caller saying infinity solution is a company. She offer me to do "work from home" kind of job where she will give 1500 form which need to fill with in 20 days and she wil pay me 25 rupees per form. I Join this company date 26/05/2017. The form type was to reducles and unorder and was impossible to submit with in 20 days.but i stop the working due to thier website is to busy and they did not asked me any baking details as they told me that they will call me. Address of company is "1/98 Golandaz Building, Golandaz street, Nanpura- Surat, Gujrat 395001". now a notes of advocate Nehal A Mehta sent me notes date 18/07/2017 . to pay 7018/- rupess. in notes bank details are as follows. They are demanding 6018+1000 due to incomplete of filling forms. This is Devanshu. Sir 3 months ago I got the mail from Infinity Solutions that would you like to start a home based work of form filling online. Sir this was my biggest mistake I have ever had. I have accepted that and they told that I'll get 25 INR per form and total form to be filled were 1500. They told me that the security amount of 5000 INR will deducted from the payment I'll get in the last of month.
The work they provided me was just a horrible. Everything was just a mess. When I refused to work, they blamed me and asked that now the security amount of 6018 INR (including taxes) has to be payed by me, but his was not told me earlier when they called me.
Now after 3 months a legal notice has been issued against me and they are saying to pay money in 7 days else a court notice will be issued and Rs. 50000 will be taken from you on behalf of companies losses.
Sir its my kind request to you to please help me out weather I should pay them the money of Rs.7018, as I don't want that a police case to be filled against me, as it will destroy my courier and my attention from studies.
I have attached the legal document of the Advocate which i have got through mail.

I Am In the same situation...they have sent me an agreement...And i dont even started the work ...and they are sayimg that you havent completed it so you have to pay the charges for loss i.e 6018+1000 ...I ignored the phone calls and msgs and i m ignoring tha letter from nehal a mehta too..but m afraid for if this notice is real? Then what will i do ...

Muze bhi ek DV Enterprise nam ki data entry form filling jobs ke liye call aaya tha.6/11/19 to 14/11/19...maine time pe submit kiya but pta nhi ho nhi rha tha...aur jb iss problem ka solution ke liye unke help line pr call kiya to vo log utha nhi rhe the...aur iske 2 din bad muze unke advocate ka nam abhijit kulkarni se call aaya...kehke...ki aapko 4300rs. Bhrne honge otherwise aap pr case krenge...usi din dusra call aaya..to vo bole ki aap pr case ho chuki h...abhi aapne agr jldi 4300rs. Pay nhi kiya to 50000rs. Bhrne honge.aur aaj muze ek email aaya usme muze warning di gyi h...ki aapko humhne court bulaya tha to aap aaye nhi...isiliye kl mtlb 24/11/19 ko aapke home address pe case krenge...aur aapko 48, 550rs. Dene honge vo bhi delhi high court me jakr..me issey ignore kr rha hoo but...mn udhr hi ja rha h...mtlb thoda dr lg rha h...plzz help me..sir/mam.
