We purchased Infinix Note 30 5G mobile on[protected] through Flipcart with one year warranty.Invoice No#FAIH[protected].Invoice Date:[protected].We lodged a complaint on not working of phone camera on June 15th 2024 at Carlcare service center (Sri Dharma sastha Electroninics), Srikakulam. The company replaced the mobile with new one on 5th of July 2024. Again the same problem of not working camera a raised to the replaced handset. we lodged the complaint again in the same service center on 1st August 2024 with complaint no.INJS[protected]. Till today the problem has been not resolved and the service center person not even lifting the phone. I am a employee and I need to do facial attendance daily. and some apps linked with phone IME no. which will work only in the given IME no. having mobiles. the tasks in it need live capturing. with this above problem i am suffering a lot.
