I'm really disappointed by the service of service centre. I have submitted my phone on 31/8/2016 and now 2 months are going to pass they didn't return it. I'm not understanding that how a "american company" will face a problem in providing the spare parts of their own newly launched phone. Please it's an humble request to the consumer care of infocus to look after my problem. I hope my phone will be in my hand as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I brought infous TV from Flipkart on Oct 15th the day first in words there was a small Mark on the LED display. we made 5 request with infous customer care, each request they will close with out resolving.
    Till today our issue is not yet resolved we are struggling to get this done from the first day.

    Finally, yesterday also we mad the request[protected] now today some one called me & said that we are closing the ticket.
    But no one contacted us or no one came to us for the same.

    If this time also you are not able to give me the solution definitely I will file a case in consumer court to get justice.

      I have purchased Infocus M330 on 20Sep 2015 online through Snapdeal. Suddenly my phone was dead on 25 Jul 2016 . I have submitted my phone to Infocus authorised service centre ACCEL FRONTLINE Mumbai for repair on 01Aug2016 vide their IVR Call no.[protected]. I was told by service centre that there is problem in mother board and we are sending to company. After 25 days as I was not having any information regarding whereabout my phone I contacted to the Customer Support Infocus for status of my phone they replied me we are awaiting for spares and expert teams are working to resolve the issue. Since then I am continue in touch with the Customer help of Infocus and 79 days passed but reply is same expert teams are working to resolve my issue but till date no result. Even I suggested them to replace the phone with another one as you are not having spares but no decsion on that and I am suffering since then without any phone and they are not bother about my mental agony. This is surprise to note that within a year they are not having spares for their own launched mobile. It seems that all unwanted brands are being dumpd by Infocus in Indian market. I feel their services are very poor in India.
      I request to the concerned authority to resolve my issue at the earliest.

        Dear sir,
        I brought infocus m330 mobile headset, i am facing touch problem (this is under warranty) so i have submitted to same infocus authorized service center accel frontline ghaziabad-201010on dated 16/08/2016 time 01:46pm and complent id no. is infbtf[protected]dw.
        Further i have called many time service centre and infocus customer care but only one answer received i.e. part not received the company/ part not available. approx 02 month above but my problem not solve.

          I have purchased infocus m350 (IMEI No:[protected]) from snapdeal.com on 11 jan-2016 after 7 months, in Sep 5th my phone switch off
          i try so many times but no use then i submit my mobile on Sep 6th in service centre which is located in kukatpally, till now there is no response from company side. At the time of submitting they said only 10 days, after completed of 10 days they will increase one week but till now my phone repair is under process, nearly 40 days completed but there is no response. Again i cal on 14th Oct they said 25th Oct. I think china mobile companies is so beeter than infocus company. Is there any chance to complaint a case in consumer forum? please reply asap...

            My Infocus M810 phone purchased in December 2015 was given for repair on 13 August 2016. It has been 2 months 2 days today 15 October 2016 and phone is still not repaired.

            It looks very obvious that the phone cannot be repaired as parts are to arrive from Chennai and there looks to be no ETA for the same.

            On calling Infocus customer support multiple times - repair assurance and extended repair date are the only things being provided in the name of service.

            On talking to Infocus support again today I am provided with a new ETA of 25 October 2016.

            WILL ANY OF THE INFOCUS COMPANY EMPLOYEE HIMSELF WAIT FOR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS TO BE REPAIRED IN AROUND 3 MONTHS AT HIS HOUSE

            Worst service from any company in recent times.

            Infocus if you have the slightest of Customer Service in mind, provide me a replacement.

            Hello my phone infocus M350 given to service centre at 2nd September still my phone is not repair when I call to customer care they said mem your cell will in deliver in 10 day every time when I call they give same answer still my phone is not repair so what should do for earlier phone repair plz help me
            I bought a phone in in june 2015. One year it runs very fine but now a days( during last 5-6 days) it automatically leaves the mobile network many a time(almost all time). And then only after restarting it again rejoin the netwok. Many times it says sim card slot is empty while its not. Please help me in this problem.

              Sir my complaint is against infocus mobile. my name is janardhan adepu. i have purchased a infocus m350 from snapdeal.com but after few month it has been stopped working properly. one day it switched off automatically. i have gone to service centre at ' sv communications, 1st flore, hyderabad at 1/10/2016 for servicing. my phone is in warranty period till now. its already 2 weeks over. whenever i contacted to service center they told me to call back after 1 week. being frustrated i send an email to infocus customer support india at [protected]@infocusindia.co.in. customer support called me and told to collect the phone on 3rd october 2016 from service center.. but when i contacted to service center they told that my phone infocus m350 is not repaired yet. then why infocus customer support lying? tell me how much time will needed for repairing?

              if my problem is not solved with in one week, i will go through social media againist to infocus, then no one purches this type of company mobiles.

                I submitted my phone on 9 th of sep due to hanging and battery issue but I never got my phone back and derive center is closed now and I wanted to make sure on illegal activity takes place using my phone so i am complaining to nearest police station to be on safer side also phone stolen complain from ur service center also registering complain to consumer cort and raising tih issue on various blogs and cyber crime team to investigate further on the stolen piece by the name of repairing...as said earlier to be on safer side i[censored]r business personal does any crimal activity using my phone.

                  There are multiple problems with this phone infocus m2 3g. The phone often freezes while exiting from mx player and the only solution becomes is hard reset. There is an option of software update but there has not been any delivery of an update package by the company. Thus the phone is stuck at the factory software package. There is a high lag of operation even with 400+ mb free. The only solution i would recommend is for an update package.

                    I had given my Infocus M350 mobile for service on july 29 as there was some problem with the PCB, it was still under warranty period.
                    They had given 2 weeks time and had told they will call me back. after waiting for 1 month i call they back, then they tell me the manufacturing of this PCB is stopped and they will try to resolve with in a week. from then everytime i call them after a week they are just keeping on postponing to next week. now it is already more than 2 months and again they have postponed to next week. from past 5 days everyday i call them and ask them to connect me to their manager they keep telling i will get a call back with in 24 hours and not even once i got a call back.
                    They are not even ready to give me a replacement and they tell they dont have that policy.
                    They had told it will be ready on OCTOBER 4th now again they postponed to 10th oct.
                    They are not taking this seriously and i have waited long enough. If they are not able to repair it then i need a replacement.

                        I had purchased Infocus Bingo 50 online in June 2016. Within 1 month I faced below mentioned problems.
                        1)No network in both the SIM cards
                        2)Screen getting blurred while watching videos
                        3)Screen is not rotating instead the option is on

                        I then went to Service centre at Borivali on 20th Aug, 2016, they took more than one month to fix the above issues and delivered the me the phone on 23rd Sep, 2016. On the same day the issue of mic arises. Again I went to Service Centre at Borivali on 27th Sep, 2016 and they again said that they have to order a part again. Still waiting for their call/message.

                        Also the earphones are not working. Very bad service from Infocus I am receiving.

                        My call iD no. is INFSBL[protected]. I want a new phone or refund of the same. Please look into this immediately.

                          Hi i am vinay from mumbai i purchased infocus m350 on 18 nov 2015 after 1 month facing hanging problem in 18AUG 2016 phone suddenly death then i go 19 aug 16 ghatkoper service center tecnician does not solve issue after 1 month he told me that mother board issue and spare parts coming from chennai till today 28 sep 16 again visit the service center he reply me parts not available my coplaint no is INFBSU[protected]DW Pls dont provide wrost customer service to customer chinese is better than u r mobiles just wrost service americans

                                The mobile phone is very slow, getting hanged again and again, back button is not working properly since day one. the speaker of phone was working some time suddenly use to stop some times but it fully stopped since yesterday.
                                I have purchased this phone on spapdeal in June 2016, within 4 month it has gone dead, I am completely unsatisfied with this product, want to returns/ replace this, I am ready to pay differential about for replacing this product with other product. or ready to accept the refund by deducting the money as per your policy.

                                yesterday the mobile was switched off.
                                then i charged fully.
                                while charging blue light was there
                                but when i press the power button the mobile was not switching on.

                                i have tried lot of time by pressing the power button

                                bit it was not on.

                                kindly advice me to solve the problem

                                  I purchased infocus m260 4 months ago .
                                  From past 2 weeks my phone is not being charged via the charger bundled with the phone, but getting charged from other charger ! I went to service center for replacement of charger under warranty period but they refused to change the charger . they said "charger's warranty period is only 3 months" . I cross checked the company's website and find out that the customer care guys were lying, it was clearly stated that the warranty of accessories is 6 month from the date of purchase.
                                  The service center here is also in very bad condition, the place is being used as service center of multiple mobile companies like intex etc, under one roof.
                                  I am very offended by this behavior Infocus Service Center .

                                      ConI bought my handset { INFOCUS M350 } from snapdeal . and later motherboard was founded damaged . I submitted my set in Gurgaon service center on 4 August 2016 . Its being a month they didn't repaired my set . I used to call them repeatedly and they just made an excuse that part is not available . infocus has the terrible service . and they just fool people . I just want my set to be repaired as soon as possible infact within this month I want it . kindly stop fooling people and give a genuine information .                                       Same mobile and same prob and bloddy service, they are not taking this seriously, we all have to together do something about this
                                      i have deposited my infocus m350 since 20 jan and till now i.e. march 21 just fooling by saying non availability of parts i want a compensation now otherwise I'll complain in consumer forum and demand claim money otherwise give me my phone repaired or provide compensation

                                        I was using Infocus M30 within 8 months the display is gone
                                        and its been 4 months they have still not repaired my mobile
                                        Moreover the service centre where I have given my mobile has change the location and not responding to my calls
                                        I am worried about my data and Pics in my old mobile

                                        The Accel Frontline Office of Andheri is no longer there and they have not informed me where they are currently,
                                        Moreover when I called on the contact details given on the closed shop they don't pickup.

                                        I was calling the service center Accel Infotec, Andheri but they were not picking up, when I reached there it was closed and I got
                                        to know that they have shifted to Vileparle.

                                        This so irresponsible, without informing to the customers how come they shift, Moreover when I called on their vileparle's no its not
                                        they are saying that they only deal with Lenovo mobiles and they dont know about Infocus.
