    I have submitted my infocus m808i mobile at ghaziabad service centre and sadly the service is really dissatisfactory its been 18 days and they are still saying they haven't recieved the spare part. Are u guys purposely troubling the clients. What kind of people have u employed they gave me a commitment of delivery within 10 days and even after 18 days they have no idea how much time its going to take moreover they show no respect while talking to the customer and they even told me to take my phone back as infocus service fuctions like this only. I really think i have done a mistake by being your customer as spare parts are not available ouside and the service is really dissatisfactory then what shall i do dump my phone in garbage.
    Please respond as soon as possible
    I am going to give worst reviews for this brand and this might even land u up with itno a consumer case
    #ps atleast teach ur employees to behave with clients

      I had purchased a mobile phone vide bill dated 29.07.2015 which sufferred from display disorder. Being in warranty i visited the authorised service centre at one place 6 cr avenue only to be shown teh wat to another service centre at 6 lower rawdon street, kolkata.
      On reaching there mr amit, their executive instead of accepting teh warranty and service in relation teherto charged me and whemently refused to accept teh warranty and repair teh set. They are cheats of the highest order.

        I have given for repair on 20th june 2016, till now phone is not repaired and they are still given further dates for repair.I talked many times to service center via phone calls but their answer is same. I don't know why they are delaying so much
        kindly look into the matter, requesting either to repair mobile asap or replace with new.

          Sir, i aman mehta from state madhya pradesh bought a new phone infocus m810 in november 21 2015 and after 4 month it having motherboard issued due to some software. I submitted my device to service centre accel frontline behind, smriti swaraj hotel ph no. [protected]. I submitted my phone on 30 may 2016 and they always tell that wait till these weeks..... I am very angry now due to these type of service... My call id : infbhp[protected]dw. Please help me. And solve these issue

                Last year i bought an infocus m330 handset. it was running good when it was new. but after 3 months... its touch gave me some problems like when i tried to touch 2nd row of icon in apps then it opens other apps those were on the top or bottom of that particular app which i tried to open. i ignored it for some time bcoz i thick that it was due to sweat in jeans pocket. but one day i was siting in computer lab and a. c was runing. m330 was out of pocket. it dried really well in cooled air and touch was working fine. when i came out from lab same problem occurs. it was really a gusse wali situation for me. i called accel frontline service center in sec 42b in chandigarh. after 2 days i went to service center and they replaced a new display. now phone was working just fine as before. but now again after 3 moths same problems occur in new display. i was busy in working and i was unable to go at service center bcoz it is in chandigarh and i am living 95 kms far from chandigarh.in my area there is no service center of infocus. today i disassembled my infocus m330 myself. it was supposed to be made with quality components but when a opened the mobile ut was build like a old chinese sigmatel handsets which were first touch screen mobiles in india by china as cheapest touch screen mobile. m330 was really bad when opened. but it has a hd ogs (one glass solution) display which i was unable to tear apart from touch screen. i tried to separate out the lcd from touch screen film but it was secured with a loca glue and can only be seprated with lcd separator machines. i put it in sunlight directly thinking tha tthere may be moisture trapped in it. but it was a very low quality touch screen film which i don't recommend. i was thinking that infocus is a reputed company o[censored]sa but they built m330 in very low quality. m330 looks are good but form inside it is a second version of chinese sigmatel mobile.

                It seems the m330 has this problem..infocus did not go through proper quality check..mine also started giving prblm in touch exactly after 4 months...then service centre replaced lcd digitizer..again jst the service period passed, the touch again not working..and the lcd digitizer costs a whooping rs.3000, which is almost the price of basic brand new smartphone..Honestly a cheater

                  I have purchased m350 in october, 2015. from few days my mobile take more time to take full charge. and yesterday it has been sweetch off. service center located in nehru place, new delhi said it is battery problem and it will shortout without warranty expenditure is rs. 942 and than after there is no warranty for battery.

                  What is this services please tell us immediately on contact number.

                    I bought the mobile phone from snapdeal on 8th august, 2015 and it's imei number is [protected]. they had taken my phone on 27/06/2016 which is in warranty and they gave me a receipt. they said me that they will give me my phone between 4 days but i did not get my phone after 10 days. they are giving me date and date in every week and making me harassment. till now i do not get my phone. please sir take a serious action to gate my phone...

                    Not working properly and when i visited the nearest service center they changed software and returned to me now it is not good. It is default kitkatversion now it is lollipop . So i want KitKat version what to do.

                        My phone screen had broken. I went to service centre and asked them to replace it with new one. Although it was out of warranty. I agreed to pay them the spare part price given on Infocus site I.e.- rs. 2210+ installation charges. Total was rs. 2604 but when I got my phone after installation on new display, they charged me rs.3800 and I paid bcoz I was in urgent need of my phone that time. So Infocus is not doing good. And their service centres are bloody bargalars. Take advantage of people's urgency. Service centre is on the name of "Cell point right behind mahindra petrol pump" and its owner's mob.                           in my home 5 mobile of infocus and by m recommendation my 15 friends purchase it.u thinl how 15 person so let me know you i am doctor so all people think that dr using means good one will be the mobile.
                          my m350 is just shut down last 3 days back then customer support told me you gave only 6 month warranty on battery.china mobile gives more warranty period than yours .shame on that thing . i will never give any one suggestion on wards for purchasing infocus

                                  Gave phone at ur service center on 16.06.2016. On 17.06.2016service center person said it will take 1 week i called up service center on 21.06.2016. That ur phone was repaired on 17.06.2016. I went their at service center phone was not yet repaired i am without phone for almost 2 weeks now.
                                  Client no. 459dw this is at ur vadodara service center.
                                  Date 15.06.2016. At night.
                                  I want the refund if today i am not receiving my phone.

                                    Since last few weeks the touch screen is not at all working due to which i am unable to even transfer the contacts to my new phone.

                                    Mr. Kandamuthan which is an invalid no)ã‚â and then to ashish... Who escalated the matter and i was assured a call back after an hour. I got a call at 5pm from[protected] and the person gave me the same no which is mentioned in the website i. E [protected] which is as usual switched off.

                                    26-june-2016 i took the handset to kukatpally. Hydearbad at sai vikram towers, 1sr floor... They turned me away saying that my handset was tampered and 'seal'was missing. Even blamed me of trying to open the handset by my own.. Which is absolutely false.. I am not a mobile technician. Despite producing the invoice copy.. They didnot accept my handset for servicing.

                                      I have bought in focus m2 online from sacral on 10 dec.. When i started this phone it doesn't start but after some times it starts. I thought be some negotiable problem.. But after 2 month my phone is completely not responsing. I given to service centre.. They give me phone after 1 month.. And after 20 days of repairing this phone.. Same issues create.. Overall my experience is worst experience with this phone.. Plz help me or replace this phone

                                        i am writing about my mobile has a problem in headset plug. so i went to service center at accel front line on chennai. Executive told like, " your mobile has pin damage so it not cover warranty and then want to replace that main board also charges 1500+550 rupees''. so i return get back my mobile without service.


                                        so i open my mobile myself. i seen inside that head set pin. no damage inside that pin and then that pin separated not in main board. how he told like??? then why???.


                                        now my mobile working good with me.. so please ...everyone don't buy infocus product .. he will not support warranty repair... treat like china mobile
