InFocus — Complaint against Service centre's

I have purchased infocus m350 (IMEI No:[protected]) from snapdeal.com on 11 jan-2016 after 7 months, in Sep 5th my phone switch off
i try so many times but no use then i submit my mobile on Sep 6th in service centre which is located in kukatpally, till now there is no response from company side. At the time of submitting they said only 10 days, after completed of 10 days they will increase one week but till now my phone repair is under process, nearly 40 days completed but there is no response. Again i cal on 14th Oct they said 25th Oct. I think china mobile companies is so beeter than infocus company. Is there any chance to complaint a case in consumer forum? please reply asap...

SIR, IAM IN INFOCUS BINGO 50+ MOBILE there are no using this mobile but mobile in swich on the display were some lines in bottam to contact amazon to the contact the service center the mobile was service centers repair to changed the display but same problem in service center please resolve the my problem sir
