Dear sir,

I have purchase mobile infocus bingo 50 plus in 18 october 2016.
When i am using phone 29 august 2017 at 9:00 am suddenly phone switched off, when i am start the phone disply not showing and some colours linings comming.
After one day i am goes to service center ellamma communication
In ameerpet, hyderabad. He says phone internal damaged, did not cover under warranty because display internal damaged, but here don't have any external damage or internal damage.
Please provide the solution and solve my problem, i don't pay the amount,
Because still my phone under warranty.

My mobile power on butten only not working so I visit thambaram sanatorium at gst Road they are saw my mobile they told battery was bussed so I tell u will change they told OK and they are Changing, I give full money but that touch was not working I ask that stupid told ur mobile display not work so u change that price 2500 I said don't do that I have no money after I saw my mobile that ### my mobile display stip wire cut that fellow how I recovery it.
