I was using Infocus M30 within 8 months the display is gone
and its been 4 months they have still not repaired my mobile
Moreover the service centre where I have given my mobile has change the location and not responding to my calls
I am worried about my data and Pics in my old mobile

It was submitted to accelfrontline, andheri, mumbai way back on 9th, May 2016.

Its been 5 months now?

Please stop the harassment ?

Kindly reply in detail what is the issue? I have my pics in the old mobile Have you lost my mobile ?
The Accel Frontline Office of Andheri is no longer there and they have not informed me where they are currently,
Moreover when I called on the contact details given on the closed shop they don't pickup.

I have attached the receipt for the reference.

Please tell me will I get my mobile back or not? its almost close to 4 months by now and its still not repaired ?

I was calling the service center Accel Infotec, Andheri but they were not picking up, when I reached there it was closed and I got
to know that they have shifted to Vileparle.

This so irresponsible, without informing to the customers how come they shift, Moreover when I called on their vileparle's no its not
they are saying that they only deal with Lenovo mobiles and they dont know about Infocus.

Please return my mobile, and stop harassing me.

As per your concern, we would like to inform you that in mobile service support, it differs multi repair levels which vary the repair time. We always try our level best to return repair device as soon as possible.
If issue relates to software or basic spares, unit gets repaired in 48 hrs. If issue relates to mother board or other major part takes maximum time to repair device. We are trying best to deliver unit within short time cause to technical as well as courier involvement. Some times it might get delayed as exceptional on case to case basis.

Some time means how much time, please give me the exact date.

It's very frustrating that Mobile is taking more than a month to get repaired, your service is really very sluggish.
Moreover I called to ur service center accel infotec yesterday onÂÂ[protected], no one is piking up the call?
I want the exact date when will I get my mobile back.
