InFocus — infocus snap 4 mobile battery and perform issue

I am using mobile infocus snap 4 past 6 month i am getting multiple complaints at the time of purchase but vendor not accept to refund, mobile i bring to service center more tan 3 time still my issue was not resolved
Battery problem still i am not ablet charge without swithoff and performance also very low i am getting error google not responding every time,
Please provide solution or replace my mobile
