InFocus — Mobile model m680 | |||||
I have submitted my infocus m680 to your authorise service center located at noida sector 18. Its has already been 15 days when i submitted my phone. Yesterday i received below mentioned message "greetings from accel, your infbsn[protected]dw and [protected]/[protected]/g45glma5b2803754 unit is ready. Pls. Visit us and collect." Today when i went to collect my phone from service center they told me my phone still not ready as the part received from infocus is not working properly & asked me to wait another 10 days. Now my question is that.. Did i do something wrong in choosing infocus? I have never seen this type of cheap service. Anyone is there to explain? Was this information helpful? | |||||
