InFocus — Mobile Phone has not been received yet given for repair under warranty . | |||
Dear Sir/ Mam I submitted my infocus mobile handset, which was under warranty, in AMBE ELECTRONICS service centre on 13th April 2016. Centre ensure me for receiving my set after 15 to 20 days. When i contact to service centre he told me that parts are not available. and provide me infocus company service support no - [protected]. Many tome i contact on this no but every time company excuses for Part availability. On the date of today 29 days completed but here is no hope that company will provide my set as earlier. When i submitted my set then 2 month warranty was pending. Day by day warranty is going to over. If part are not available then company provide me new set or renew my warranty again.. Infocus M330 Limited Edition — Out of network
Its only 5days since I bought this phone, while charging my phone it is always out of network.Is there any way to reset it in settings?or Is it normal?
