InFocus — Phone is in warranty but not replacing the product

I have given my phone to infocus service center ajmer. .its been a month but they are not replacing the part which is not workin. whenever we go and ask they dont give answer properly, they ill treated me. we purchased the phone in november 2016/ om feb 15 i have given my phone to the ajmer serice center they are not helping us in any way. in there office there is one lady who never gives the right answer and always ill treat us. it is a kind request to please resolve my complaint.
