InFocus — Service worst

I have a infocus m350 and there is aproblem in my battery it is not charge and i submit a mobile for repairing and i am submit in 11jan 17 but i dont receive a mobile. I am also call a custumer care he always told me that mobile pats i under arrenged. Plz help if some one know this.i am very upset with this buy a mobile. Infocus service is very worst. Customer executive is also a very helpless person.
