InFocus — Warranty issue

I left my phone Infocus810 for service at the service centre Shilak Care, Bangalore on 23rd June, 2016 and the phone was under the warranty period. The centre informed that me the motherboard needs to be replaced. Since the parts were not available they asked me to wait for 15 days. I have contacted the centre after 15 days they requested me to wait for another 15 days as the parts were yet to receive. Today I called the service centre as well as your customer care number and they are requesting me to wait for another 15 days. Today 2 months completed and phone is still not repaired or replaced. I request you
