Hi team,
I am deepika, i have been in contact with compliance department regarding the pf settlement. According to their instructions i have sent the documents to pf helpdesk address and it has been delivered on 24th oct. But when i tried to enquire regarding this, team has denied that none of the post has been delivered.
I have sent required details to them about the delivery of the post but no one is cared to reply to the mail nor the phone calls.

    We are unable to upload forms aoc -4, mgt-7 and aoc-4 cfs, 29/11/2016 is the last day to fill the forms and we are unable to upload the forms because the site is not working properly. The worst part is even after taking fees for filling the forms the conditions of the site is horrible, and when we compare http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/ this site with income tax site which handles even more data then this site. Ministry of corporate affairs even charges penalty for late filling of forms. The forms are not being uploaded due to inefficiency of the service provider and not by the person filling the form.
    Infosys BPO Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My issue is to get a approval of my KYC details on PF account. I want to know my PF account number.

      Hello sir/ madam,

      My name is rashmi raghavendra (Employee id: 830703). I joined infosys on 26 april 2016 and resigned on 01 may 2016. I served my notice period anf my last working day was 31 may 2016.
      I received my relieving letter, but from june end the company is harassing me that i've to pay 25, 000 because i didn't serve notice period. Also every time they are coming with new reason.
      Firstly they told that salary was paid to me so i'd to repay the salary. When i proved that how can salary be paid when my bank details was not update in the salary slip sent by them only.
      Now they're telling the system is reflecting lop & the register is not showing my entries.
      All my question had i not served my notice period how can i receive my relieving letter.
      This is really a mental torture. Kindly help.

        Hi,

        i have the purchased the LG 32 INC LED they've given 1 warranty on product and 5 warranty on display panel.
        warranty over on product.but display panel warranty still is there, now i have issue on display panel, when checked the chroma, they are not suppose to do a the service on this(means they are telling no 5 warranty on that).
        Could you please help me on this how to move forward on this.?

          I had purchased hero pleasure past 3 years back. starting 8 month, it's fine and did'n't face any issue but after 8 month till now i am facing issue for self startup in the morning and evening then i had visited to authorised service centre (neer gopalan mall/ jadva hospital in bangalore) then i had informed to service engineer for startup issue in my pleasure then they did services. again next days again i'm facing same issue for startup in the morning & evening then again i went service centre they told me please pull on chock then self startup then i said battery, will effect to my pleasure battery n battery life goes to down. then i had complained supervisor (muna) and manager (kumar) they said check it other service centre. i said why you opened the authorised service centre. you didn't solve the problem, also i said please change engine but they said it's not possible. after read the massage please help on this... praveen pandit :-[protected]/[protected] (ka 05 hw 9042)

            Every time I have to Chase HR department for update of joining, they just keep me avoiding saying will give you call etc but never timely resolution... After joining even manager HR department nobody is ready to help new joinee..no queries are addressed properly..employee are made realized that company is doing favour on them..very unprofessional behavior

              I got a call from [protected], his name is charan and he told me he is the Hr of Infosys, he told me to deposit 1500rs to the account number[protected] which is in the name of PRADEEP.M, so that he will give me HR reference to attend the interview in Infosys, after depositing the amount he messaged me that the interview has been postponed and will let you know soon, but till today i did not get the call and if I call his number it has been switched off.

                This is with ref to my eps settlement amount from my pf account # kn/bn/10088/107053(Infosys, bangalore). Infosys settled my epf on 27/06/2011 and have supplied instructions to send the eps withdraw form form-10c to infosys technologies ltd pf/sa fund trust, c/o infosys technologies ltd, hosur road, bangalore which would transfer the amount to the bank account supplied in the form. But so far eps settlement has not happened till date.

                I have posted my pf form and required documents to the bangalore pf office in the month of aug'15. Till date no response or help from hr and settlement team. Chennai hr will not take pf forms and no update on the documents sent to bangalore team. Very poor service from infosys for ex-employees.

                  I did work for 1.6 years in Infosys, Bangalore. It is been observed that the organisation is full of Politics. There were two incidents happened on the work station. One of the employees using Drug inside the work station and he was caught by the security. That employee was asked to leave the job, he got Experience/Re leaving letter. One day another employee used Infosys bus for drop to his home after his log out, he did not have bus pass. infosys bus service chargeable and employee should have bus pass. Just because he used the bus on emergency without bus pass, he was Terminated on spot without Experience/Re leaving letter. You can imagine both of the incidents the lower sinner got big punishment and a bigger sinner got low punishment. The Employee who used the drug had good relations with the HR team so he was safely sent back but what about the another employee just for minor mistake that too on an emergency was terminated?

                      Provogue - ICICI offer watch for order #[protected] : Product not received and order status showing complete. I have ordered a Provogue watch with (Shipment #[protected] for Order #[protected] order had been placed on 07/23/15, status shown by Provogue website is delivered/completed but the product haven't been received yet. I tried to reach the customer care number[protected] often since last week but no success, seriously pathetic, I must say. As a customer of Provogue i expect that they should take care of it and being online customer I should not be bothered even but today its the other way round. This will lead me to lose the loyalty towards the brand...

                          I am Deepakshi Sharma student of Computer Science Engineering from HMR Institute of Technology and Management (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi). I am single girl child of my widowed mother who is an anganwadi worker and earns just enough for our sustenance and is also a patient of brain haemorrhage. As per my qualification I sat in placement drive of Infosys which was held in Northern India Engineering College (16th and 17th October 2014) and got selected and submitted the necessary documents which were asked by the HR of the company. Since I was selected in a company, I was not eligible to sit in other companies as per the college rules. I did diploma in electrical engineering before taking admission in HMRITM. The HR from Infosys informed the college placement officer that they are withdrawing my offer letter on 15th May’15 on the ground that my diploma percentage is below 65, but as per my Diploma certificate the aggregate is 65.7% (certificate attached). Since the college session already got over by this date there were no companies left to visit the college. I am a studious student with 76% marks in the college. What should I do now? My mother undertook great pain for funding my studies asking help from others and now I have been left jobless with no other option to pursue my career. I am writing this with the hope and conviction that you will look into the matter and sort out the issue so that I can support my mother and can carry on with my career.                               I am fed up with services of Kent. I bought Grand+ (model no KR[protected] from Bhopal. Now we shifted in Pune then installation charges has taken 400 rupees while it is 300 rupees while they were asking for 500 rupees and after negotiation they has been charged 400 rupee. After that we are calling from 16th Apr'15 to same dealer (Manohar Agencies Sales & Services, Mob no. [protected]) for one issue (we had disconnect the supply of electricity however water still is poring in RO and going to overflow ) however there is no response. After two day one guy gave me one another contact number and said that I am giving my service manger's number (His mob no is [protected]) for service. After that I called up on given no. then he said I call you back after discussion with some people (on [protected]) however there is no response. When I called up again for updated status then this no. [protected] is going to busy. I have one 10 months small baby and have no water. Totally frustrating.                                 Hello Sir/Ma, am, I am a fresher passed out in 2014.I was studying Electronics and Telecommunication in Mumbai University.During on-campus placements came Infosys onto our campus..The drive was over at 6 in evening which started at 9 moming„.then a week later came the results for it and i was so glad and happy to know that i was selected as my name came into selected students.Then i was not allowed to sit any other campus placement, so i missed all on camus placements.and also attended the pre-placement training sessions...then in March 2014 i got a call from College placement dealing person and she called me to college to say something important..and could you guess what it was..."We have got a mail from Infosys and they have apologised as they cannot hire you" I was shocked and almost fainted..and i asked the reason...they said that the aggregate required was more than 58% and they say that mine was 57.8% which is not eligible..i was shocked and didnt agree them as even i didnt knew that its not 58.2% which even today i dont believe how did i do that.i sent apology mails and asked them not to do so..l still say that i didnt make that purposely..) do understand its against policies but Still my apology to infosys and ..The worst outcome is having missed my On-campus i am still unemployed and would like you to please look into the concern Sir/Ma'am.                                   I'm an ex employee of infosys. My Employee Number is 984158. I joined at 7th of August 2014. Due to some personal issues, i could not able to continue my job. So i left the company at 4th of Sep. I worked there for a month. But still i didn't get 1 month salary from the company. I request you to settle the payment to my registered ICICI bank account number that i received from infosys.

                                    They are firing lateral hires, local American hires and women. Beware of this firm. HR makes false promises during recruitment.

                                      The horrible training period of 6 months. 65 is pass mark. what the person who has got 65 is gonna pluck more than the one who has got 64?? Even if you get 64.5, the HR people will call you for a personal meeting and they will snatch the id cards from you and they will force you to resign and leave the campus immediately. That's what happened to my friends. Its waste to attend your tests honestly. The management thinks that people can't copy in tests and they are proud of the Education System. I get laughter on this situation cuz, still there are guys who have answers in their mobile phones and they copy during the tests. They will increase the font size of each page, so that the answer would be visible for the back side person. Management is unaware of all those malpractices and they are celebrating pride outside. If this guy who does all the malpractice in tests, clear the tests and gets regularised as an employee, what's the assurance that he will be honest in his works and he will work for the betterment of the company?????? Sending out an honest person with 64.5 marks than retaining the worthless person with 65 marks is loss for the company. Infosys will never grow if they have such employees still. People please don't opt to join infosys. There are many other better companies. Good Luck juniors!!
