I had purchased IDFC Tranche 2 bonds which had a maturity date as Feb 21, 2021. I had written many emails to the registrar of the company but it seems they don't feel important to revert me back. I had even written emails to its courier company i.e. AVIRAL but they have neglected the emails. All the phone numbers provided by IDFC, by Registrar and by AVIRAL are useless as no one wants to pick up the calls and respond to the customers. Its been 1 month from its maturity and also since they have sent the courier. I don't think so that it takes atleast 3 weeks for my courier to be delivered.

Till date i hv not received my maturity amount which is due from feb 2021

Payment of maturity of my idfc infrastructure bond did not credit in my account neither recieved any demand draft .folio no. IDBO348127
bank draft of above mentioned amount is showing to be lying in Mumbai with courier company Aviral Logistics since 24.02.2021 with courier tracking no [protected]. Kindly arrange for delivery of draft or credit the maturity amount to my account.

I am holding 4 nos of IDFC long term infrastructure bond tranch 2 for a total value of Rs 20000. Folio no - IDB0140786. Certificate no -140786.
I used to receive the interest of Rs 1600 every year by DD / cheque payment. But this year I have not received that interest and maturity amount as till date .Maturity date was 21/02/2021. I have already lodged a complaint to this portal ID no- 2829470. A link is given at tweeter to submit folio no & bank accounts details but it is not working. I get no response from your side. Please do the needful regarding the above mentioned matters

I had IDFC infra bond tranche 2 Folio no .IDB0298861
Bonds have matured on 21 feb 2021. As per mail from Kfin services DD of redemption amount has been sent using courier company called Aviral logistics pvt ltd ( Tracking no. [protected])

When tracked it is showing delivered on 10th March 2021. However we haven't received the courier.

I have sent several emails to courier company asking for details of delivery with no response. Courier company phone no is not reachable.

I have also written emails to Kfin with banking details for direct payment and still no response from them.

Can someone help ?

I have not received IDFC bond amount via

[protected]. Its showing delivered from 20 days buy courier is not received.
I tried to contact Aviral but they are not helping and responding. There are many customer facing same issue. It look like a big scam and need to check and report as soon as possible.

Folio number of my IDFC infra bonds is IDB0217839. They matured on 24th Feb2021 and since then I havent recvd the payment. The company keeps saying that they have dispatched the DD but it never reaches me. Kindly lodge my complaint.

Dear Sir

For the above Bonds, IDFC was required to redeem the same upon maturity and pay Rs.10800/- per bond on 21 February 2021. I have the same held in my active DMAT Account with ICICI Bank.

I hold 04 Bonds but the redemption amount has not yet been credited to my Bank Account linked to the said DMAT Account.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased IDFC infrastructure bonds (No. 4) trache 2, Registered Folio No. IDB0126265, Series 2, Certificate No. 126265 for Rs. 20, 000/- on 21.02.2011.

Every year, I used to receive cheque amount to Rs. 1600/- towards dividend by registered AD.

However, I have not received maturity amount till date. I contacted MFin Office, Shivajinagar, Pune in the month of January 2021 whether I have to complete any formalities. They told me that without doing anything, I will receive the cheque.

On 13.03.2021, I have also submitted application to KFin Office, Shivajinagar, Pune alongwith original bond certificate, cancelled cheque, aadhar card and pan card. But no response.

Please look into the matter urgently. and remit me cheque towards maturity .
