My redemption payment under folio no. Ide0112426 not released.Due to wrong adress written by idfc, the payment not delivered . I have already submitted email on 21.06.2012 for adress correction which was done by idfc vide their forwarding letter no. R/idfe/5002683 dated 15.06.2012.Despite this wrong adress written due to which payment not received .My emails regarding this to idfc dated 15.03.22 &23.03.22 even not responded....

This got matured in 2020 and I have been following up to get the maturity amount credited to the right bank account.
I got confirmation that my correct account is registered but amount is still to be credited.

Loan of 78 k was availed from IDFC at 14% rate of interest was informed & when our loan was disbursed & paid for 10 months now the outstanding is 70 k when asked at chandra layout customer care center they are mentioning the loan is of 90 k & 30% is the interest rate.

Its a scam, Yes they run ECS for 4 times a month & collect bonus charges from every customers.

Kindly take necessary action's....

IDFC limited 8 percent infrastructure bonds TRanche 2 (FIN year 2010-11), redeemed in March 2021, redemtion amount not credited into account. Bonds not held in physical form. Amount invested in my name as given above...

Toll was deducted twice for vehicle no AS02AE6221 at Mikirati Hawaigaon Toll Plaza on 19/03/2022 at 14:29 and at 14:45 respectively, Rs 80 each amounting to Rs 160. Received screenshot of SMS were attached.
IDFC Customers were not responsive.

I have been interacting with KFINTECH wherein I had submitted my BOND certificate on maturity dated Feb 2021 and Nov 2021 respectively

As of now after repeated follow ups I have received inly one payment and the other is being bluffed about stating the same payment with both the folios. only one payment was sent to ne on 30/12/2021.

I would like to inform that I had been allotted 4 (four) 'IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bond- Tranche 2" of Rs.5000 each, as per Distinctive number from [protected] to [protected] (INE043D07385) vide certificate No. Series 2-80611 dated 21.02.2011 which was matured with a maturity value of Rs. 10800 each as on 21.02.2021. However no payment on maturity and redemption of said bonds has been received by me till date even after lapse...

I applied idfc infra development bond tr-3 sr[protected] bond wide clint id : idc0000671. how ever only once interest credit rs. 1650.00 on interest period 30/03/2011 to 29/03/2012. how ever my original bond still not received...

My IDFC Bonds (4 in nos) were to mature on Dec 30, 2021. Have not received any money that is due to me....

Inspite of multiple follow up (series of emails) with Kfintech and I have uploaded details on 6th Jan 2022 till date not received maturity amount for folio number 0281412....

Please refer IDFC infra bond Regd folio No IDD0237060. I have invested Rs. 20000/ for FOUR bonds with a maturity value Rs. 11840 / each so the total value of the bond is Rs.47360.
After long persuasion the registrar of the bond issue K Fin tech has credited only Rs 41888/ in my account .on 01/02/2022

I purchased IDFC long term infrastructure bond Tranche 1 in the year[protected] and Folio no. IDD0257810; which got matured on 30th December'2021. I have updated my address, bank detail on 17th December'2021. Till now I have written several emails to this email IDs [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com and einward.[protected]@kfintech.com, but unfortunately nothing has happened.

I haven't received any response from the IDFC infrastructure bond team even after multiple reminders. It is a negligence from your end by issuing a cheque with wrong account number. All the details asked for ECS has been given and the account details are updated is showing in the tracking id status provided from your end.
but further process or payment has not been released.
No response from any team...

The above subject "Infra Bond" matured on 31st December 2021 but the matured amount has not been remitted yet to my Bank account, registered with you. I have already informed my concern through emails, addressed to the ids' "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com" & "[protected]@idfcfirstbank.com" on 11th & 13th Jan 2022.
