    My redemption payment under folio no. Ide0112426 not released.Due to wrong adress written by idfc, the payment not delivered . I have already submitted email on 21.06.2012 for adress correction which was done by idfc vide their forwarding letter no. R/idfe/5002683 dated 15.06.2012.Despite this wrong adress written due to which payment not received .My emails regarding this to idfc dated 15.03.22 &23.03.22 even not responded.

      This got matured in 2020 and I have been following up to get the maturity amount credited to the right bank account.
      I got confirmation that my correct account is registered but amount is still to be credited.

        Loan of 78 k was availed from IDFC at 14% rate of interest was informed & when our loan was disbursed & paid for 10 months now the outstanding is 70 k when asked at chandra layout customer care center they are mentioning the loan is of 90 k & 30% is the interest rate.

        Its a scam, Yes they run ECS for 4 times a month & collect bonus charges from every customers.

        Kindly take necessary action's.

            Toll Deducted Twice

            Toll was deducted twice for vehicle no AS02AE6221 at Mikirati Hawaigaon Toll Plaza on 19/03/2022 at 14:29 and at 14:45 respectively, Rs 80 each amounting to Rs 160. Received screenshot of SMS were attached.
            IDFC Customers were not responsive.
            Requesting to do needful from your end.

            I am writing mails to KFin Tech since last 1 year on redumption of my bonds.
            They have taken all details like Copy of PAN, cancelled cheque and other details.
            Now they are telling that they have redemmed these bonds in some another account person in Feb 2016 at Saraswat Bank Vaibhav Complex new delhi in Account no : [protected]
            How the Bank can do this mistake, As they are having my details with them.
            Its a fraudulent practice adopted by bank .

              Infra bond tranche 1 & 2

              I have been interacting with KFINTECH wherein I had submitted my BOND certificate on maturity dated Feb 2021 and Nov 2021 respectively

              As of now after repeated follow ups I have received inly one payment and the other is being bluffed about stating the same payment with both the folios. only one payment was sent to ne on 30/12/2021.

                          Please refer IDFC infra bond Regd folio No IDD0237060. I have invested Rs. 20000/ for FOUR bonds with a maturity value Rs. 11840 / each so the total value of the bond is Rs.47360.
                          After long persuasion the registrar of the bond issue K Fin tech has credited only Rs 41888/ in my account .on 01/02/2022

                          Reminders sent to the registrar and the IDFC bank to remit the balance amount Rs . 5472 /, but no one is responding or replying .

                          Please do needful to credit into my account.

All documents have already submitted through emails dated 19.01.21, 21.01.21, 24.01.21 etc. No positive response have received till now.                                     I haven't received any response from the IDFC infrastructure bond team even after multiple reminders. It is a negligence from your end by issuing a cheque with wrong account number. All the details asked for ECS has been given and the account details are updated is showing in the tracking id status provided from your end.
                                    but further process or payment has not been released.
