I have two idfc infra bond tranche 2 folio no -idb0366156 and idb0366204 &10000+10000 on dated -21/02/2011 & buyback date -22/02/2016 please guide me i have return my payment.What i do received payments?

I would like to know where to submit complaints(A responsible person/authority) regarding non redemption of bonds.
What is the use in posting complaints on web site.
On the back side of the certificate it is printed -bond holders may be requested to surrender the consolidated bond certificate not more than three months and not less than one month prior to the maturity date so as to facilitate timely payment.Maturity date for idfc long term infrastructure bonds tranche -2 in my case is 22/02/2016. Today 11/03/2016 at 5.36 pm one person from carvey called and informed me 14/03/2016 is the last date for redemption and original certificate shall reach hyderabad before 14 th noon (From kochi)

I applied for buy back of my idfc bonds folio no IDAO421750 due on 13.11.2015 about 40 days back but payment yet not released inspite of repeated mails . Every time their reply told under process but payment not being made.

We are holder of four IDFC Bonds under Certificate No. 300748 under Folio No. IDA 0300748. We have submitted the same for redemption on July 2, 2015 through courier. We regret that the redemption proceeds have not been received/ credited in our Account. Please note that Punjab & Sind Bank Account Number has been changed to[protected]. A copy of the cheque with new Account Number has been forwarded with our letter dated November 19, 2015.

FOLIO NO : IDA0410316. (buy back option after 5 years) I have invested in bonds now at the time of redemption i am being informed that since i have not submitted physical copy of the bonds before the given date hence the same would not be able to redeem. But unfortunately i have not received the bonds still now. I have informed to your representative Mr.Mukesh([protected]) so many times. As adviced by Mukesh i have submitted documents regarding addresd prof, PAN no and Infracture receipt details two times to him. But unfortunately i have not received any positive response. I had purchased 4 IDFC INFRASTRUCTURE BONDS (# 22876~22879) and am yet to receive the interest amount for the last financial year ending march'2014. And this has been the case every year … I need to exhaustively follow up for the interest amount every year. Till last year the agent through whom we bought these bonds supported to follow up and get the interest amount issued but this year he also lifted his hands. I have been continuously writing mails to [protected]@idfc.com, [protected]@karvy.com, einward.[protected]@karvy.com ... but no reply. I request if SEBI could take these complaints seriously and resolve.

Sir, I DINESH TUDU, having registered folio no. as IDD0008525 and registered address as B-184/1, RDSO CLY, MANAK NAGAR, LUCKNOW – 226011, received the interest warrant No.405015 for the F.Y. 2014-15 of Rs 1800/- for the account of DINESH TUDU, A/C NO.[protected], INDUSIND BANK LTD. But A/C No.[protected] written on the cheque is not correct; it should be A/C No. 0019C66899001 as mentioned at the time of buying IDFC bonds.So, it is not possible to encash the said interest warrant. I already contacted to Karvy Computershare Private Limited for the same, they have suggested me to return the original cheque and submit the filled NECS form for further online payment with photocopy of pan card and cancelled cheque for A/c detailed by post. As per their suggestion, I had send all the document by post on 06.02.2015, But no action has been taken till date. Therefore, I request you to look into matter and take necessary resolution action. The first one in 2011 REGISTERED FOLLO No. IDBO104860 ISIN: INE043DO7377 CERTIFICATE NO. 104860 and another in 2012 REGISTERED FOLLO No. IDE0276194 ISIN: INE043D07AF2 CERTIFICATE No. 271694 The issue is that I'm getting dividend of only 1 bonds not the second one. I purchased 4 Bonds of Rs 5000 each under above Folio No. Certificate No.35204 dated Dec30, 2011. 1st Year Interest against the same amounting Rs.1800 was received at my address on 03.01.2013 last year. But this time 2nd year Interest for the amount is still awaited. May kindly expedite payment of the same.
