[Resolved] Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] — IDFC Bonds Tranche 2

Maturity of my IDFC Bonds purchased on 21.2.2011 was due on 21.2.2021 but till date no payment has been made to me. The Bond registered folio is IDB0299437. The Company gave me a link to upload my bank details on link hhtps://ris.kfintech.com/idf. I have uploaded my bank details, cancelled cheque and PAN card copy on 16.3.21 but they have so far not made payment to me. They also told that they have sent me a demand draft through Aviral Courier(defunct courier) but I have so far not received the said courier. I am fed up with KFINTECH and IDFC. Toll free numbers does not work. Mails are replied with same computerized messages. I will approach the court of law if not paid in next 2 days. Will tag my complaint with MoF and SEBI for a fraud. Apr 16, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my IDFC bond redemption yesterday after marathon chase with IDFC and KFIN Tech. But this would not have helped me to get the money. All of you who have not received the money genuinely, please log in to SCORES ( scores.gov.in)and put a request with all the details. You will get it. No one will listen to you but Government will. Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
